Charging someone who is dead and had their things removed because the storage folks didn't get their paperwork in order is not impressive nor good business. I will not be recommending them to any of my family members in CO or their friends. Those who are storing will be moving their items out and going elsewhere.

Actually my review is 0 stars.. unprofessional and clearly are not about "SOLUTIONS" for others Bad business bad lack of compassion and just all around very bad customer service!!!!

My mother rented a unit for several years until she was unexpectedly and tragically killed in early September 2014. I told Denver Storage Solutions within two weeks and per their instructions sent a copy of the death certificate and a letter asking to c...lose her unit. I will never again use this company! What a catastrophe my move was. The owners are rude!!!! Do not use. Beware of this company. They are pathetic!!!!!

The storage is fine, and Mitch is great, but watch out for the cranky left hook called Ed!

I went with this storage unit because I initially talked to the assistant manager, Mitch. Wow. What a nice guy! He was kind, courteous, funny, personable - he made me feel good about coming to this business. The storage units are fine, priced about average for the area. And they have a free 15ft. moving truck you can borrow when you need it, for free. Sounds great, right?

But then I had to deal with Ed. He's apparently the manager, and he may be good with numbers, but he is horrible with people. Every encounter I had with him was negative. He never stopped to listen to my question, on any...
