Lai is losing a lot of patients due to the fact that he is totally a irresponsible dentist who providers the worst orthodontic work to his patients. also, those who has finished braces from him are not giving a recommendation to his friends. I never have Lai to help me to get my dental work done, since all of his new and clumsy interns is doing that. and if you are having him, i think that you 've already know how arrogant and proud he is.
