Do not waste your time with Dental Specialty Associates aka Metropolitan Dental as they have no problem wasting yours. Appointments are meaningless to them- you WILL wait a couple hours after your scheduled slot before you are called. Very rude people over there starting at the front desk need more training main concern is money don't know how to speak to people. The doctors look for money don't know what to say in front of customer they speak about money in front of customer as if they no going to get paid. Had many bad days over there now one take complain.

My overall experience was ok. The dentist needs to have more sentivity towards patient care and feelings while performing procedures.
