I am no longer patient at your facility due to the fact that I refused to be overcharged. I was told that "I do not "qualify" for the cleaning that my insurance pays for so I could only get the cleaning that was more expensive"

I went to Dr. Berkowitz for tooth pain. He put a filling in the tooth, but:

-The pain returned as soon as the anesthetic wore off.

-The next morning, I contacted his office about the increased pain and made a follow-up appointment.

-At the follow-up appointment I complained of increased pain, and no alternatives were offered or suggested, and he simply filed the filling down and sent...
