Our insurance company is no co pay for any dental procedures unless it's an inplant. But, they still want to charge us for a sterilization fee......that they didn't mention on the phone. First dentist I've ever heard of that charges the patient for keeping stuff clean when that's the law in the first place. Go down the street to dr. Ashley Sullivan he cleans his stuff without trying to charge...

Terrible place. I made an appt and had my card for my appt and arrived on time and they forgot to put me in the computer. Even after I showed them my card they still didn't do anything. I went there for xrays and they are an hr late getting to me because staff had called out. I go in for a cleaning and once again an hr... late for my appt because someone didn't show up.. This has to be the worst dentist I've ever been to. They dropped cleaning instruments and tried to reuse them on my daughter, they store their equipment in Sterlite containers trying to claim that...
