Delta Airlines

This is the worst experience I have ever had. I have flown
many many times on different airlines and this is by far the worst sort
of incompetence I had ever experienced. Delta failed my family which
included a 7 month old baby on so many levels on flight DL462 Nassau to
Atlanta and Atlanta to Baton Rouge on November 25th 2012. The only thing
we will remember now is the hell we went...

Greedy union employees? are you serious!

You must be the biggest moron on the planet!!  Airline employees have been laid off by the THOUSANDS and the rest have taken pay cuts or a pay freeze.  9-11-2001,economy,and poor management has really killed the airline industry. I Agree!

I think Delta is horrid, but in my opinion all US based carriers are horrible!  If you ever have a chance to fly a foreign carrier you will see how good air travel can be.  I believe the problem is mostly greedy union employees that are not able to be fired as long as they do the bare minimum.  If you ever have the opportunity, fly from your city to an international huvb city on a us based...
