These people are terrible. I got a voicemail from a Skylar, looking for someone that used me as a reference. She threatened to turn me over to the DA for prosecution. She stated I had 24 hrs to call her back and give my statement in regards to this legal matter because the state of TX takes check fraud seriously. WTH!!!! Wow i really can't believe all these reviews maybe is the office located it in Atlanta cuz i deal with the one in New York and a lady really nce name Natalia Sanchez was wonderful very helpful and very respectful she will help u in everything she can. If u deal with her she is the best one ever. 100% recommend her.

I have been dealing with these idiots for about 8 months now. I was called at work, they told a co worker that I will be served papers and arrested for an old debt. LOL. they called my mother, saying that someone stole my identity and my social was used for fraud. when i called it was a guy by the name of j wells and leigh paige..i was told they going to turn my case over to the lawyer in ft lauderdale, i had check fraud, so isay to them if this happen in 2007 why does it take you 3 years to file a lawsuit.. i told them send me a letter. the dont want to mail...

I received an urgent call while at work from a Ms. Dennis. I wonder how you can prosecute me and garnish my wages in one breath. That's okay. My attorney is handling them. Furthermore, I don't even know the company they are referring too. Nor has I ever banked with SunTrust.
