Poor work leaked, falsehoods told

John's Plumbing harmed a ninety-year-old blind lady and a ninety-four-year-old man who cannot walk, neither of whom could inspect the work because of their disabilities. John's left their newly-installed pipes leaking and would not come back to fix the leak, uninstalled the clothes dryer and left it out in the middle of the basement floor where it could no longer be used and told us falsely that water heaters small enough (18-inch diameter) to accommodate the dryer and water heater in that space aren't made any more when they are actually available about everywhere water heaters are sold. Good work by honest, competent people isn't cheap; but, these are NOT honest OR competent people.

I got a basic estimate on the phone from the shelby county office to get some work done. The price was good so I booked them. I planned the affordability of my bathroom remodel on them. Now, after I have other installers lined up, they call & say they will not do the work unless I use their tile man. I will never offer them a chance at my business again. EVER! Wish I could give 0 stars.
