We had a leak in our roof that we called DeKalb Roofing to repair. It leaked again, so we had them out again...and again for a 3rd time. The leak is still there and when we called to have them...

I have had repairs and new roofs.Dekalb roofing is prompt, professional and price friendly. They do an excellent job of cleaning up.I have never had nails or debre left behind. I have been a happy customer for 16 years.

I made an appointment for a repair estimate and drove 1 hour from the other side of town to be there. DeKalb Roofing never showed up or bothered calling. However, I did notice a red truck that stopped and backed out of the driveway without getting out (well after the scheduled appointment time). I had to call THEM to ask WHY nobody showed up for the scheduled appointment or bothered to call. It turns out that the red truck was them and they said that they would not do work to the house because it was too big. REALLY??? If they would have bothered to pull up to the house and get out of...
