Horrible customer service to say the least, but the final straw is that I had a pap and other follow-up procedures here in 2007. I recently called to get copies of my lab results and they couldn't find my medical records. Everytime I call, I get the run around. These people are so incompetent. 2 months later, I'm still waiting on someone to get back to me.
