Great trainers
I've been working out with Carlos for around 6 months now and he's great - I love it. I started working out with him at the beginning of my pregnancy and he's done a great job of both keeping me on track and in shape but also adjusting the workout to adjust for the pregnancy. The workouts are very creative and change each week so you definitely never get bored! He's also great about working with my schedule to be sure I can get my workout in each week.
When I went to see Josh, the only thing I had in mind was to get back in shape and help ease lower back pain due to scoliosis. The results, dedication and inspiration Josh provided was nothing less than exceptional.
