I had been to this restaurant with family on 12th September 2014 Friday.
This classic restaurant caters only Lunch and Dinner, buffet type.
Week ends they provide distinct cuisine, viz. Gujarati, Maharashtrian, Rajastani, Kathiawadi.....

Excellent Indian Home Cooked Meals

A friend took me to this wonderful restaurant today. It is highly efficient, functional and tastes exactly how you'd get food cooked at home.
The food was extremely good, non oily and not overtly spicy.
It was awesome getting some Indian food in me after more than 10 days eating other fare - and this place did not disappoint.

Very homely and tasty food. We were there at Maharashtra night with 2 marathi people, and we all loved he food. Simple food, almost like cooked at home.

I went for the lunch buffet. The place was small, nothing fancy but clean. The address on TA says MountainView, but its actually Santa Clara and close to Santa Clara U.

Disappointed

Maybe our timing was off but this was not at all what I had hoped for.
Went to the lunch buffet and found it dull and boring. (Sorry, to the hardworking staff who was also lunching when we were there.)
No naan, no tandori, no samosas, no paneer. NO THANK YOU.
