Have you called the company and spoken with them on the phone? I've bought a lot of software from this company and anytime I had an issue or a question I just picked up the phone and called them. I can assure you 100 percent that this company sells counterfeit software, because all 19 product keys I bought from them for Office 2013 Home and Business are fake according to Microsoft. So we can put this to bed right here, right now.Also, they don't answer their phones or emails anymore, have not since early December. So yeah. They are a scam.
