Staff is incompetent and lazy. Office manager acts like she's doing you favor for the simplest of things. I'm convinced if you have success at CCRM, you'll have success w/ any other Denver office, but at half the price and with out the attitude and ego.

Dr. Minjarez herself is a very nice person with a warm bedside manner. That was never the problem. The problem was that the practice is run like a factory. There is very little personalized attention and outside of the 15 minute office appointment that you get directly with Dr. Minjarez, the show is run by a wide variety of staff, mainly nurse practitioners.
