We require all customers to prepay for any materials or parts ordered to protect the business from being stuck with parts or materials we do not need or can not sell.Also it is hard to put the wrong top on the wrong car. P.S. the BBB report on deans auto upholstery over 30 years will speak for itself.

HAVE TAKEN OVER 4 WEEKS TO INSTALL AND CONVERTIBLE TOP. I HAD TO PAY FOR TOP BEFORE REC'D.

They are operating on a shoestring. They insisted on ordering the top. I had to go pay for
The top from ups because they didn't have the money. They ordered and put on the wrong
Top which was puckered. After i refused the work they aknowledge they had made a mistake
During this time the have broken the top mechanism twice and i still don't have my car. My car
Is a 99 and was in good working...

One of my favorite places to dive through the used cd section. I hit this place every payday and pick up a treat or two for myself, since I can't resist adding to my music collection.
