Even though the block the station sits on has become run down, the service here is considerably better than Los Angeles. The customer clerks are knowlegable and efficient, if not the friendliest folks in town. When I was heading to Santa Maria last April, the L.A. crew seemed confused, like brand newbies to customer service. And the clerk I dealt with was rude and sracastic. What can be done to...
when i traveled from sacramento to phoenix and went in the service was fair but could of been better... but as i was tryin to call the sacramento station the service was horrible they never answer and then when i called she put me on hold for more then 10 minutes i had to hang up and try again and they never answered i belive that they forgot that i was on hold.. i'm not happy with the service...
