I recently became a LegalShield member and this was my first call to your firm. Latitia Wood seemed short and wanted to get off the phone rather than be helpful. Her demeanor led me to believe that I was an interruption.
I am a customer of Legal Shield and this is the firm I have through them.
I have their information because of Pre-paid legal and not that I need their services much but the woman I spoke to was very helpful and made me feel much better about the possible judgement and options I had and I went into court much more educated.
I felt they were not very interested. The did send a letter requesting information on my behalf but never got back to me on whether they received a reply or to give any information concerning any reply they may have received.
They have always responded in a timely manner and with a very professional demeanor. They have been knowledgable and responsive.
