I was charged for a room i never booked, called their headquarters and they couldn't even help me and just told me to call my bank.

Staff was very honest we leave a wallet in the room and they call me that I leave a wallet and when I returned to pick up the wallet all was in there. Very good for the staff!!!

Well kept on the outside but shower walls had someone else hair on the wall. Found ants in bathroom 1 day later was bitten by one. Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom needs to be refinished.

I left a memo pleasing them for a clean room, unfortunately it was garbage! The front desk gave me a side look saying, "yeah, you don't know how clean the rooms are!" Pretty confident! None smokin...
