Staff not helpfull

We checked in to our room the lady at the desk didn't ask for our reservation just for credit and ID. .So she check us in and didn't check us into our second room we reserved for our frI ends. She didn't tell us when check out was, what àhours breakfast was. Then looked at us like we were stupid...

Worst Hotel EVER

The place was utterly disgusting. The desk clerk was shady and shifty trying to get me to pay cash even though my credit card was charged. When we waljed into our room we walked into a hazardous cloud of cleaning solution/air freshener. The smell was so horrific, it gave me an instant headache and left a coating in your throat...

this downtown hotel is not close to downtown

the hotel is worn down. but overall clean. Priceline claims it is a downtown hotel but it is 3 or 4 miles away from downtown and nowhere near any shops or decent restaurants
