Made a reservation 3 weeks in advance and had confirmation. Our reservation was canceled by hotel when we were on route to Ft. Lauderdale.Hotel Staff entered wrong expiration date for our credit card which caused it to be rejected .We were stranded at the airport for over 4 hours. Really a poor choice for stay

I have not stayed in a shabbier place. The worst part of the place was the room- very dirty and not cleaned well at all. It looked like someone else had been in the room.

Not impressed. Employees not very attentive. Supposed to be on "quiet" side of building - ended up on "noisy train" side of building. Not very clean, although the bed was comfortable, and the mini fridge was very cold......tv remote did not work.....

I was given the incorrect room to were the key that was provided to me was able to open the room I personally don't think it was a very safe thing meaning anyone could of been in room or it could of happen to me were I could of been sleeping so had to drive around again to front desk...
