Hotel was poorly kept both inside and out, there were very few tv channels to choose from, not even CBS or FOX???!!! The hotel shows they have a pool but it has actually been closed for the last 2 years, the wireless internet was intermittent at best, had to call several times to have the modem rebooted. I never had a connection lasting longer than 10 minutes, NO exaggeration! The Deluxe...

the dont make your bed, old matressses, they take your used towels and leave no new ones, then put tip envelope by night stand. I think you need to do your job good to expect tip

The room itself was clean.. it was very spacious and the staff was really nice HOWEVER... There were bugs everywhere. I literally killed over 30 in our bathroom and by the door before we even went to bed. Maybe if we hadnt been on the ground floor it wouldnt have been so bad. I dont know.. butjust an FYI if your afraid of bugs or dont want to sleep in a room with them... id atleast request a...

Mangement and all staff employs are the greatest. Keep up the good work. Location is great and vert quite area of town. Rooms are spacious and well taken care of . Very clean. Staff makes you welcome and are so friendly, making you want to come back.
