Bed bugs, messed up air conditioning, dirty, and rude attendants!!! After I called and told them they had bed bugs they denied it and wouldn't refund my money !!!! Worst experience ever!

There aren't many options in Guntersville, so we chose based on price. It was a decent, clean room. Obviously an older hotel, but not bad. The person at the front desk barely spoke to us and the pool is permanently closed. But the shower was awesome! Great water pressure, which I didn't expect. The free breakfast was basically coffee and Fruit Loops, so take my advice and go to the Huddle House...

Clean room, quiet, no riff raff\n\nDisappointed that pool wasnt open, covered up. Not sure if there was a problem with it, or they just didnt want to maintain it and didnt get it ready? Price of room great!!

Why was pool closed during last week of JUNE??? It was covered up. Breakfast choices consisted of Pop-tarts, cheap honeybuns and cereal... Parking lot needs to be repaved.
