We booked a king room, non-smoking, specifically because I'm allergic to cigarette smoke. When we arrived, we were told we booked a smoking room and the hotel was fully booked so they couldn't move us anyway. Room was bright and clean, but both bedspreads and blankets had several small holes in them. Everything was very clean, but my daughter didn't like the worn out blankets. Gave us the feeling of neglect. We stayed only one night so we could be close to the Oakland airport to catch a 7AM flight. The room was perfect for our purpose.
