On June 13, 2014, I went into the Knoxville, TN store and received very bad service. I do understand that I walked in without an appointment but that is still no excuse in my book especially since there was a sale going on. I did walk into the store with a list of about 25-30 gowns that I was interested in trying on but about half were available on line only but, they were all on sale for under 600 dollars. I was completely okay with that because I was trying to narrow down my desired look for a low cost. The young lady, Samantha, who was assisting me in and out of the dresses did not pull...
