This dental experience was the worst I've ever had. They didn't verify my insurance before I left and ended up billing the wrong insurance provider. When I left the office they told me that I didn't owe anything however a week later I got a large bill in the mail (when I didn't even have any dental work done... all I had was a cleaning!!) So I call and tell them they didn't bill the correct...

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with, Amy and Donna are super friendly! Dr. Backus is very thorough. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I will absolutely return, I receive treatment when I'm in from Texas because I can't find the same level of...
