Dr. Hartley is a kind, compassionate and knowledgeable psychiatrist who actually wants to listen to and learn about his patients rather than just writing prescriptions. I am extremely grateful for his excellent care over the past 4 years. Definitely the best psychiatrist I've worked with.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have , paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I've already been recommending them to friends. I don't think there's a better psychiatrist out there. He is very up-to-date and knowledgeable about newer...

Dr. Hartley was awesome; I went to see him for several years when I was a child through my early teenage years. I would not be the person I am today without him and his assistance.
