After 36 years in the flower business, you can always tell when an order is going to be a problem when you take the order. They wait until the last possible minute to order, rush you through the order process, and of course they lay in wait for you the next day so they can call and complain, either to get a discount or possible credit. I placed an order. The next day, I realized that the sales person never game me a total on the phone. I told her how much I wanted to spend and I was specific. I looked at my bank statment and it wasn't even close. My request wasn't honored and then when I called back the man was rude. I called to ask about the details of the transaction but I was told, ""well we can always take the flower delivery back if your not happy"".
