I got a call from the general manager, who promised to make arrangements with the branch so I can pick a ring of my choice worth the same value as the previous one that was defective. Sure enough I went in to the store and picked up a new ring which I'm much happier with. I've had it for a fewMonths now and have not had any problem with it.
