Bought a mower 2 year ago. Included was a 3yr warranty. After 300hrs on the mower, it blew up, he said bring it by & they would look at it. The next day we get a call that the problem was due to lack of lubrication, without even taking the motor apart. We take the mower home to rebuild ourself.
