Over all, I had a good experience here but, the wait for our food was just a little too long and the temperature inside was much colder then the temperature outside! If I had to choose, I think I would have went to Cracker Barrel instead.

July 24th visit. We stopped by on our motorcycles and sat on the patio. Initially took 25 minutes to get our first round of drinks and bread. We had a conversation with the manager and service was awesome afterwards. Rikk took care of us the rest of the evening with Beth stopping by to make sure we were good. Top notch service after the initial disappointment.

We were here for a late lunch --- we both had salad - it was very good. Staff was very friendly --- quick service (mostly due to the time of day).. I would go back anytime.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had with a chain restaurant. Before you think I'm a raving angry person, please allow me to give a detailed account of my experiences with Dakota's in WCH, and hopefully I can spare you the sort of experience I had. Please also let it be known that I have never had an issue with the wait staff here, they have always been at least average...
