Customer is always right! Well not here. I order ice cream today, as I was eating it I noticed it tasted funny (like I was drinking a bad rootbeer float). I order a small blizzard. My 3 year old neice said it was spicey. I went to tell the employees that I thought the ice cream tasted funny. The manager/supervisor on duty told me the ice cream is 16 degrees colder and it is suppose to tingle...

HORRIBLE experience, made a small ice cream order, paid in full with credit card, order was wrong, we simply asked for it to be corrected and the associate, Taylor, refused to correct the order. When we asked to speak to the manager, he had a very poor attitude from the start, he also refused to correct the order. The manage wanted to charge us more money for their mistake and might I add,...
