I asked him to come to repair my TV.
He came, checked and told me, it's a fuse. I do not have it with me, now, but I let you this one instead. I will order it and I will come back with the 12 AMp fuse you need. A week later, I phoned him. He told me, The fuse I gave you is the good one. I checked on internet and this brand is ok. It is says it is 6.3 but in fact it is like a 12 Amp.
Few days later, my 6.3 fuse, crached. I phoned him again and I told him. Did you received the fuse you ordered? He said. I will call you back before the end of this week and I will may have it at this time. Friday...Nothing. I phoned him and he was just p@!%!d off and he told me. I am done, I am not gonna come to your place. I told you, it is a sprcial order. And I try to save your main bord. I said " what main board? You never spoke to me about a main board? You said it was a power supply problem, that is why my fuse was dead. he told me " I do not want to argue with you, now and he hang up. PLEASE...DO NOT GO WITH HIM IF YOU DO NOT WANT LOSE $164.w.

This guy ripped me off for $135 to diagnose a tv he knew wasn't fixable when he took the call. On all his ads he uses a PO BOX. I found out his home address...
They were very fast to respond to my original call, and ultimately fixed it, but not without making in an extremelly uncomfortable and bad experience. They do NOT communicate with you. You will have to continuously call them! They do Not honor or value your appointment time. They have poor phone etiquette, and will hang up on you. Then, when they finally do get to your home, the guy complains...
