They never seem to have things together. I get constant text messages about refills even though I've requested them to stop. This pharmacy has gone consistently downhill over the years.

Worst pharmacy staff I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They are always miserable. Do yourself a favor and don't use this pharmacy. I'm appalled that people are able to keep their jobs...

This location is really no better or worse than the thousands of other CVS dispensaries. If the location on the north end of Mooresville's main drag is convenient there's no reason not to stop by....

I've had a few problems since getting my son's prescriptions filled at this store, but overall the staff has been wonderful (especially the pharmacy tech Mike), and I've been pleased with the service.

Sale signs are never right. Lines are too long. Nice cosmetic selection. Items are not,on correct place. Nice staff.
