Terrible. Went in for a simple money order, after waiting in line for the chance to finally buy one they hassled me and refused to sell it to me, I don't pay my rent with cash so I get a money order. Demanded ID for a cash purchase... Slow, unfriendly, insane rules, not worth shopping there any more. I'll never go back FOR SURE!

Longs castro valley blvd, castro valley. We have recently moved to this area from portola valley where we enjoyed using the sharon heights Longs . To our dismay and disappointment we have been very unhappy with the pharmacy section of castro valley Longs. The perscriptions are not ready on time. If they are ready no one can find them. I have gone to pick up a perscription and was told it wasn't ready. I came home and called and it was ready and had been for a day. Also, their phone system will tell you a perscription has refills even when it doesn't!! This morning I called in...
