The one in Castro valley is shitty. There is a manager there who hit on me and since I didn't reciprocate his gestures he now is a rude piece of shit to me so I dont go there anymore.

I called to get help filling my prescription as I'm Not from here. The woman I spoke to was incredibly rude and impatient and cut me off several times while I was trying to explain my situation....

There's rarely any 24 hr CVS around in the Bay Area, but at least this Castro Valley location closes at midnight! IT WAS AN EMERGENCY! I just ran out of Nyquil and had to grab some cold & flu...

Went in for a simple money order to pay rent with, after standing in line for way too long I finally got to the cashier who demanded ID to purchase with cash... I refused and they wouldn't sell it to me. I walked across the street and got it at Walgreens... I'm now a Walgreens customer and will not ever go to CVS again! Slow, Insane rules, demands for info so they can burden you with phone...
