Run while you have the chance! This company is horrible - bad customer service and overly priced. They sent me the wrong parts and charged me a 30% restocking fee for items that I did not order and items that would not fit on my trike. On top of that the employees do not communicate to each other. I have one employee telling me to return items, another telling me too bad pay up and a third...

Purchased a custom built trike from custom trikes. Delivered from Phoenix to Indiana. When received the paint job was extremely poor. Bubbles under the paint caused the paint to chip. Stress cracks were found due to fittings being to tight. Paint spills were apparent and on other areas paint was brushed on. Touch up spots used with a darker color was used.
