Whenever I've needed help with charts, data entry, or any other segments of my system; their customer support team has provided me with the tools I need. And they don't charge a cent for these support services - truly remarkable.
We have been using CureMD’s products and services for past 4 years. Their integrated solution of EHR and Practice Management has revolutionized my practice. As the patient flow increased, we outsourced our billing services to CureMD, which has increased the cash flow to considerable amount. With CureMD, we have access to every service under one roof.
The reason why I selected CureMD was because of their customizable templates and forms, which I was able to adjust according to my clinic. It’s been almost one year now, and most of the personnel operating our EHR are very comfortable with it. Their free support and updates are huge plus points, and I’ve heard of other clinics having to pay for these services; I’m thankful I’m not one of them.
Additionally, the connectivity with labs and pharmacies is very easy, and I get results and send prescription requests a lot faster now. Android-based usage is something they need to work on, and while their iPad app is for precisely that; I’d still want a Smartphone based version as well.
We have used couple of electronic health records earlier, but were highly disappointed by their lack of enthusiasm to help their customers.
We wanted a vendor that would take our problems seriously and reply to us on time. I had heard about CureMD's exceptional customer support, so thought about trying them. We implemented their All-in-One system early 2014. Since then, whenever we want to discuss an issue with a customer service agent, we just have to drop a ticket and we get a call in no time. The person stays on call with us unless the issue is resolved. Although there haven't been any major issues that we had to face with previous software, but CureMD support is always there no matter how small the problem is. I must recommend CureMD for everyone, especially those who aren't much tech savvy like myself.
