Best eggs Benedict on the planet. Typically pretty busy but the menu is flawless. If you like breakfast you should try it out

Growing up in Vista, your family is either a Curbside Cafe family, or a Sunrise Cafe family. Mine was an IHOP family. You know, Republicans. Anyway, Curbside boasts a long coffee list, and a delicious crabcake eggs benedict. You should try them.

Like the name, it's a cozy restaurant that is curbside to little old Main street Vista. I had an outstanding vegetable omelet with fruit AND a delicious pecan roll with melted butter. Everyone at my table loved their turkey, avocado, cheddar melt, Italian omelet and cobb salad. Since it was Mom's Day, they brought me abig strawberry dipped in chocolate. So we were home this past weekend and had breakfast at the Curbside Cafe. I had the Greek omelet and it was fabulous. They use Feta cheese and sun dried tomatoes. It came with a side of red potatoes cooked just right. Get the cinnamon roll.
