I was a die hard "Sprinkles" cupcake fan until I tried the Salted Carmel cupcake here. I am obsessed! It's so moist, so balanced, and original. I have also had their carrot cake and lemon cupcakes and they are just divine as well. Will keep coming back!

As the name implies, the cupcakes are in a square shape. They take extra care to avoid cross-contamination when baking gluten-free cupcakes, using rice flour. It's more of a bakery than a cafe. There are a two tiny tables, but really nowhere to linger with coffee and your cupcake.
The bakery uses only the high-end Hawaiian Vanilla brand vanilla for all their flavorings, as well as imported chocolate from France.
