The storage unit was the size described and Thana was very helpful in setting me up. There is a problem with "wildlife" though. Mice chewed up chunks of my couch while it was in the storage unit and when I contacted customer service, they refused to do anything. So I would recommend them only if you have nothing valuable to store.
