The technician show up in perfect time and he was very nice guy and very professional.
In 2 minutes he found the problem. He told me that the outside drain hose was kinked so I when back and just moved it, so the machine was fixed (I fixed??)
Total time for the technician to work there 5 minutes… Guess how much? 101 bucks..
I think this company lost is mind... Never again I will call them. I just got rip-off.
My advice: Shop around. Out there are many good and HONEST companies.

In 2 minutes the technician found the problem on my ice-machine. Was just the out-side drain hose that was kinked. So I when back to the machine and I (I do it) strait it up
and so the ice-machine start to work again. Total labor time for the technician: 2 minutes and 30 seconds? Guess how much they charge me? $100.00 bucks.. I think this company lost is mind and I got rip-off. They can close the company today because I will never call them again.
Shop around, there are many HONEST compnay that work good as well..
