The front desk staff were not the friendliest. I waited in line for awhile both to check in and out i was the only one waiting. The guys out front and shuttle staff were very friendly and helpful. Tip them well. Restaurant staff very nice, a bit pricey. A bit of confusion as to the front desk people not being aware of things such as gave us the wrong time for the MCRD shuttle.

ok with the stuff service. but the facilities are missing. I stayed 6 days, wanted to have fridge and microwave, which were supposed to be there. but every day I asked, the front desk just said sorry. they are still looking.

another one is the air conditioning. the hot air blew on the bed directly or totally turned off in the breaks. it was a totally torture for sleep. as you woke up at mid...
