Battery problem

Steve Duncan was my service manager. He kept me informed about what was happening to my car. It was difficult to find what was causing the drain on the battery but the mechanic found the culprit and Steve made sure I wasn't charged a ton on labor. I have been using Crown Honda since I bought my car in 2004.

I bought a car for my wife here before and 45 days later it broke down. It was a used car but I purchased an extended waranty for the car. the spark plugs were bad which caused the head gasket to blow and they were not going to fix this…
