I just moved into my new place this week and am amazed at how smoothly everything went.
First of all- my apartment is spotless. My last landlords handed me keys to a unit that was gross- grimy stove, filthy fridge, cobwebs on the wall etc.
My new apartment is totally new- everything. Even my mom was impressed.
At my lease signing the Landlords actually gave me a giant gift basket- with a movie-theme- so cute- it has a free movie card from Blockbuster- popcorn and soda and a Welcome card.
My neighbors all seem really fun- my location is perfect- I'm very happy that I decided to move to the beach.
I rent from Crown now and I'm very happy.
I honestly must have looked at 30 places before I found my apartment and it's the nicest one I could find- I love it.
