I have used crosslands on and off for 10 years. I am boxed in because they had some special deal with the NYSE.

When u try to tip on a voucher every driver says that Mike the owner does not give them the money. Its a form of overcharging the voucher accounts. When I asked him directly he denies it.

I regularly have to look at bills to make sure drivers dont pad it.

I know its not a cash thing wtih the tip because,to a driver , they say dont write anything tip wise even if I say I dont have cash.

They also charge stops by where the stop is. If you have to pee and stop for 2...

I worked for crosslands for 2 days 3 months ago. The company refuses to pay me for the days i worked. Everytime i call the dispather refuses to let me speak to Mike and Ismail.

Please dont use this company. They really messed me up bad. Thanks
