Love CFEV! Everyone is friendly and pushes you to do better. I am a definite beginner and I am on my sixth solid week of Crossfit. I can already tell I am getting stronger each day! Thank you CFEV for having a great atmosphere, knowledgeable team members and butt kicking workouts that make you fall to the floor!
