I bought an older home with existing rodent damage and a roof rat freeway to the attic. Dave came out quickly when I called and provided a detailed line-item estimate, with over 50 photos of problem areas. His crew was prompt and were meticulous in their cleanup - they even blew sawdust off my driveway when they were done! I liked that his company approached things from a construction viewpoint...

Crocodile Dave was quick in responding to my problem of critters in my chimney. I thought they were bats but he was able to determine that it was only chimney swifts. I saw them fly out the roof and then he capped it.
