I took a Huaqvarna BP blower to these people and after 4 claimed attempts, over a two month period to repair it, I had to take it somewhere else for repair. i had done a basic tune-up prior to taking it in (clean air filter, new fuel line, primer bulb and fuel filter, cleaned and verified spark on plug). Returned mower with missing parts. Blade came off while mowing and could've caused serious injury. Beware of Crockett's! They'll be shut down before too long due to a lawsuit!

The sad thing about online review is that most are not inspired to write a review unless they have an axe to grind. This place changed hands about a year ago with a full staff change. The new staff has no idea what they are doing. _trying to order a part is a night mare. Even when you point out exactly what you need they screw it up. Additionally they do not place the order when you pay, they hold the order for four or five days to save shipping ( but you pay full shipping charges.
