I had an Ivig appointment on a Thursday and keep calling me saying that it would be on its way or that it would be delivered the next day... it never came on the Friday or the weekend... still waiting for it and they are so unprofessional. I will be changing Healthcare providers to someone more professional and that don't lie to your face when they say it will arrive on time the next day......
