The staff was great and the location is convenient. However, for the price it's not worth it - plus the neighbors are SNOBBY! But if that doesn't bother you, and you can afford it, I'd give it a try.

Definetly not worth the money..and when I was transfered to the east coast for work, I had to buy myself out of the lease....for the $$, one can definetly have something better than this over-priced poor construction of a shoe box....and I must admit, during snow they dont plow, and the gated parking is always open for anyone to park in.

I moved in to Crescent Flats in 2005. They are right above the Stapleton Town Center. Convenient to all the Stapleton businesses. Commercial-grade construction makes them VERY quiet. Great views from the West-facing units.
